Operation Design

Nancy Thiel is Co-Founder and Vice President of Operation Design, a New York City–based philanthropic organization that creates art and design mentorship programs in public schools. Operation Design brings together accomplished design professionals and public school students to improve the spaces the students and faculty use every day and offers the students insight into the professional world of architects, interior designers, artists and contractors.
